Jhpiego is a non-profit organization affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University. For more than 50 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families.
Jhpiego intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its preferred vendors for various goods and services for fiscal year 2023 and Jhpiego invite vendors to submit proposals for bidding.
The purpose of the bidding is to solicit proposals pertaining to purchase of:

Jhpiego is seeking proposals for the preferred vendors for FY 2024. List of services needed are as outlined in point 1 above.
HOTEL SERVICES
A. Service Area:
a) DKI Jakarta
b) Banten (Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan-Kota Tangerang, Kota Cilegon – Kota Serang, Kab Serang)
c) Jawa Barat (Bandung & Bogor)
d) Jawa Tengah (Semarang)
e) DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)
f) Jawa Timur (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Jember-Banyuwangi, Malang- Pasuruan, Jombang-Kediri)
g) Sumatera Utara (Medan, Dairi-Karo, Langkat, Deli Serdang)
h) Sulawesi Selatan (Makassar, Maros-Gowa, Toraja Utara, Bulukumba)
i) Kupang (Kupang, Belu-Malaka, TTU-TTS, Kab Kupang – Rote Ndao, Kota Kupang – Sabu Raijua)
j) Sumba (Sumba Timur-Sumba Tengah, Sumba Barat – Sumba Barat Daya)

B. Service required:
a) Superior and Deluxe room for 5,4 and 3 star hotels
b) Banquet services (meeting room, fullday meeting pack & halfday meeting pack)
C. Prices and payment:
a) The rate for banquet services for full day and half day meeting package
b) Government tax must be included in all prices
c) The standard terms of payment are 14 days after receipt of vendor’s invoice on completion of satisfaction delivery of goods/services. Unless otherwise specified, partial payments or advance payments will not be made.
d) Willing to follow Jhpiego’s rules regarding conflicts of interest
TRAVEL AGENT
A. Services required:
a) International and domestic tickets
b) Hotel vouchers
c) Train tickets
B. Prices and payment
The standard terms of payment are 14 days after receipt of vendor’s invoice on completion of satisfaction delivery of goods/services. Unless otherwise specified, partial payments or advance payments will not be made.
Vendor Willing to follow Jhpiego’s rules regarding conflicts of interest.
CAR RENTAL SERVICES

c) All unit have GPS installed
C. Other terms required :
a) Have a good system on driver recruitment
b) Able to provide driver with a reasonable rate, driver has good communication and administration skill, the driver should familiar with location in each area
c) Vendor has representative office in selected service area
d) Reasonable overtime & accommodation rate (weekend and weekdays)
e) Able to provide car & driver replacement when there’s problem
f) Maintenance routine
g) All risk insurance & health insurance driver
h) Have a business license (NIB) issued by the government
i) Willing to show BPKB, STNK and driver’s license
j) PIC dedicated to handle Jhpiego
k) The rate proposed should include all taxes
l) Attach company profile vendor and portfolio
m) Understand the tax exemption process
n) Willing to follow Jhpiego’s rules regarding conflicts of interest
D. Prices and payment:

b. Delivery:
The successful responder will be responsible for the creation of all service delivery plans; survey test, test plans, and checklists utilized during the project and shall provide such documentation upon request of Jhpiego Corporation.
Jhpiego requires a minimum of 24 hours of advance notification, during working weekdays of any survey and installation. Appropriate standard delivery records shall be provided.
