Jhpiego is a non-profit organization affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University. For more than 50 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families.

Jhpiego intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its preferred vendors for various goods and services for fiscal year 2024 and Jhpiego invite vendors to submit proposals for bidding.

The purpose of the bidding is to solicit proposals pertaining to purchase of:

Internet Provider for Jakarta office and sub offices in province

Vendor respons should be received at the address below by 15 January 2024 COB.  Responses received after this date may not be included for our consideration.

SCOPE OF WORK

Jhpiego is seeking proposal for The preferred vendor for FY 2024. List of services needed are as outlined in point 1 above.

b. Delivery:

The successful responder will be responsible for the creation of all service delivery plans; survey test, test plans, and checklists utilized during the project and shall provide such documentation upon request of Jhpiego Corporation.

Jhpiego requires a minimum of 24 hours of advance notification, during working weekdays of any survey and installation. Appropriate standard delivery records shall be provided.

c. Price:

1. The proposed rate reasonable
2. The price given should be negotiable
3. Understand the tax exemption process

d. Payment:

1. Transfers after all installation are complete and Internet connection being established and tested by IT.
2. The standard terms of payment are 14 days after receipt of vendor’s invoice on completion of satisfaction delivery of goods/services

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Questions regarding this bidding must directed in writing via email to : ID-Procurement@jhpiego.org
2. Oral communications initiated by any vendor will be responded only for the clarification of RFP
3. Any vendor initiated communication with anyone other than procurement coordinator will be considered a breach of proposal and may eliminate the vendor from further consideration
4. Jhpiego reserve the right to request additional written or oral information at any time from vendor in order to obtain clarification for its proposal
5. Jhpiego reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.  Award will be made to vendor whose offer is the most advantageous for organization.
